noticing a strong gas smell from the evap canister area (99 xploder) most often when I have a near empty fuel tank. CEL is on. Do I need a special tool to get the hoses off? And is the solenoid on the canister serviceable?
I'm guessing it's got raw fuel in it from me topping it off
