Ex won't start, dome lights flashing

Alright to add to a bad day my ex won't start. My dome (map) lights keep flashing and I hear the relay within the dash clicking. The interior lights come on when the doors are opened, and the locks lock and unlock. Is this a fuse issue or what? Any help would be appreciated.

What is the "theft" light doing? Is it flashing rapidly?

Well after charging the battery everything works fine now. Go figure!
