Exhaust manifold bolts 2001 Explorer 4.0

The bolts connecting for the exhaust manifold to the exhaust pipe have rusted apart. This seems to be source of my exhaust leak. Are those bolts built into the manifold or are they really just bolts. I'm trying to determine if I have a shot at getting them out or not and if i do manage to remove them what kind of bolts should i use to replace them with?

I can't say for sure about a 2001, but on my '97 they are bolts.

It looks like the middle are bolts and the outers are studs on yours,
