I have a 94 explorer i just removed the ac out of it, and now for some reason it won't start, i've checked all apparent vaccum lines and the grounds on the fenders. i replaced the ecm relay, checked fuses, checked fuel pump shut off switch it seems like i'm getting fuel pressure. The wierdest thing is i removed the ECM controller or the EGR i'm not sure which one it was( it was the one near the washer fluid and anti freeze canisters) it started for 5 minutes but had a huge vaccum leak while i was trying to find it the engine cut out and would not start again. Any suggestions please help this is my only way to work and back.!!!

the EGR valve is mounted on the engine the ECM connector is on the firewall by the master cylinder, so i couldn't tell you what you removed without a pic of it.

with a huge vacuum leak a missing/disconnected hose should be obvious.

it was the ECM connecter it fired right up but then died out 5 mins after

Problem was fixed, turned out to be a loose wire to the battery (the only place we didn't look like dumbasses)
