Hello. I get one bad o2 sensor, and few weeks ago lost the second because an oil leak. Both are the primary sensors, in front of the catconverter. So I ordered 2 replacement. When replaced I get 0 volts in both banks. The ecu switch to open loop all time. At first I think the signal is real and I had other issues like fuel pressure etc. But all are ok, so I go over the new o2 sensors. When compared with original motorcraft, the black and the gray cables are switched . the black is ground and the gray is the signal. The two whites cables are 12v. So the cpu get 0 v all time and switch to open loop afther try to enrich the mix but no feedback from the 02.and it dont triger any check engine code. So, if you get 0v from o2, and is not motorcraft o2, carefully compare the cable locations at the plug.
