Ok guys I've got a 1997 Explorer XLT 4.0 Sohc 4wd Automatic that's got a rather annoying vibration in the driver's side floorboard and some what in the console area at highway speeds
(70-80mph) however (0-70mph) there's no noticeable vibration at all it only occurs at highway speeds I replaced both front wheel bearings which helped the vibration some but didn't get rid of it completely. It also has new CV axles new tie rod ends and ball joints with 4 new shocks and new leaf spring shackles and four 3/4 tread tires on a set of wheels that came off another Explorer that had no problems or vibrations at all only thing that hasn't been replaced in the front end is the Sway bar links and a arm bushings but they both appear to be in good shape any help fixing this vibration would greatly be appreciated

Replace factory Body to frame bushings. When this type of floor vibration happens at highway speeds, I always check and replace all the rubber body bushings between the body and the frame. If you blow across a sheet of paper hard enough it will flap up and down, also know in aeronautics as "wing flutter", my theory is this also happens when the air flowing under the chassis, and over the body creates high and low pressures to cause a vibration at certain highway speeds.
I had this problem in an 86 Regal I had, poly. body bushings made it ride silky smooth at all speeds, but of course not much harsher then factory when hitting reflectors and bumps in the road.
