Fog lights on while my head lights are off???

I have a '98 Sport (stock fog lights), was wondering if there was any way to have my for lights on, while not having my headlights on??? Is there a way to bypass that or what? thanks...

Do some searching for a write up I did to mine and it will be easier than the one where you need to add the 12" lenght of wire. If you want PM me and I can discuss further. I set mine with the parking lights but if you want full time controlled by the dash switch that is fairly easy also.
