:feedback:Okay so i have a question, i am new to this forum and i would like it if any one could tell me if this is possible. I have an 06 ex and when i turn the brights on the fogs turn off, how do i over ride this so that i can turn the fogs on and the brights. I simply want an easy out to get more light in the front of my ex. I don't have a light bar or a bull bar so offroad lights are currently not an option.

Anyone out there know how to do this mod or know where i can get a light bar for cheap?

Wire the fog lights to an illuminated switch on the dash. If you are using HID bulbs you might consider adding a switched relay as well for a higher current connection.

idk if the electrical systems are any different on the 06 as opposed to older explorers but u could always wire an aftermarket switch as was suggested earlier in this thread... i did an xlt bumper swap on my xls and had to wire a switch and relay for my lights to work... theyre 9145s and work the same as H3s, so a standard switch works the same with it... heres mine

(lower green switch lights the lower fogs)

Just be careful. Here in CA you can only have 4 beams on at a time. On the road that is.
