For Those With Timing Chain Rattle...

Check your oil pan for plastic bits.

I also went synth around 100K, helped quite a bit, still have noise at 213K.
 






I'm sure it's mentioned elsewhere plenty of times but the fact that an oil can affect a chain rattle supposedly cause by a tension issue doesn't make sense to me.
