Ford cx svc called me about a big 2012 mft upgrade

Ford customer service called me about
The MFT problems I had. The woman mentioned There is a big 2012 MFT upgrade that I would be interested In. Does anyone know what the upgrade is all about??? This was a voicemail so I didn't get details.
