Front Sway Bar Link Dogbone Style

I was underneath the truck today and noticed my front sway bar link bushings were shot. I have a 91 explorer 4wd with the dogbone style link. On NAPA websites they have the repair kit for $25 each side which looks like it includes the dogbone too. Do I have to buy the whole unit or can I replace bushings like the other rod type links I have seen? And if i can replace the bushing where do i get them? Sorry if this is a simple question...bought my explorer about a month ago.

You can just replace the bushings. I need to do the same thing to mine. I have seen the kit on Autozone's website so they would have it.

I am getting prepared to do mine.
www.LMCtruck.com has neoprene replacement bushings and I have learned in these forums that they wear forever and will not get flattened or mushy.
