Gearbox fault

So my 2000 Explorer The north Face is having gearbox problems. This truck has only covered 60000 miles and we have had it for 6 years now.
I do not have the funds time or ability to change the gearbox or have it refurbed so I am selling her for spares or repair. Aircon needs a regas and somone has sprayed something on the front wing but it's only through the top layer of paint and I have the paint to do the job. Apart from that age related marks on body but generally good condition.

What up with the tranny?
A filter change and new fluid may sort it. Whilst you are there do a band adjustment and check all the valve body bolts are torqued up ( they can be a liitle loose and casue the VB gasket to blow out)
