hello all,
i'm confused, i have a 94 ranger 4x4 automatic, tilt wheel, column shift. problem is the shifter lever moves from park to low and back no problem, but when i look where the steering column and shifter linkage comes through the firewall nothing moves. i'm assuming something in the column broke but i can't find a diagram of the gear selector assembly. i even looked through my service manual for my old '91 i had (you know the manual thats 6" thick and cost a fortune) and even it only showed a floor shift. does anyone know where i can get a parts teardown diagram for the '94 selector, or tell me what more than likely broke. thanks so much.
