Stoner's Invisible Glass is the best I have ever used ( and I have tried them all ).

Might try this?

some clr i think it is in the green bottle that removes that crap.

Some pretty lite grit steel wool works well on many things stuck on glass...never tried it on water stains but who knows. I know that steel wool on your window may sound a bit scary (it sounded that way to me) but try it out on a small area of your glass and see how it works out...

I agree with the guy that mentioned CLR - it's probably the calcium deposits that you're seeing and the CLR should take care of it. Must have some hard ass water. I lived in Lubbock in school and it was hell to wash a car out there with the water that hard

thanx for the suggestion... do u have a picture of the bottle or a suggestion on where i can buy it?

I've used Rain-X Glass Polish (different than the standard Rain-X ) to clean up stained glass before. Works very well. It has a very fine cutting compound in it that polishes the glass surface and removes surface contaminants.

thanx for the pic and the suggestion... im guessing they should have that at like autozone or something rite?

I make my own glass cleaner, out of green isopropyl alcohol(mint)(25%), ammonia(25%), and water(50%). That will cut basically everything and costs less than $2 per gallon. For anything else use a brand new one sided razor blade. Regards,

Bon-Ami.

No I'm not joking, I saw this on Shade Tree Mechanic (What it was called before Two Guys Garage.) It will also remove grime that widow cleaners can't or won't remove. I do this twice a year to make sure my windshiled and windows stay nice and clean.

DO NOT use Comet as it will scratch the glass. Bon-Ami is not as course.

There are several products that they make - I think this one is the one I would try:

Otherwise, all of their products are at www.jelmar.com

I would just use clean alcohol. It takes everything.

i bought some clr today and im gunna see how that does later on... and i have some rubbing alcohol i mite try as well... we'll see which works best

yea so the clr didnt get everythign and it seems the only solution to the problem was rubbing alcohol and nail polish remover with steel wool... thanx for the suggestions and ill post pics when i get to doing the whole thing

Psst, Coke is a cheap trick known for cleaning glass also.
