'01,'02, '04 Sport Tracs,
I deliver copiers around central Iowa. Since I bought my Sport Trac last month I make it a point to mentally keep track of all the Sport Tracs I see. I usually see around 6 a day. Today was a good day. Not only did I see 10, they were 8 different colors- 2 shades of red, silver, white, True Blue(?), Harvest Gold, Estate Green, and black. All were 1st Gen except one of the 3 black ones.

I see probably about 10 a day here. What's nice is the very few rare times that you see one modded, just because this is such a small group that does. Only ever seen one other lifted one though, but I still like pulling up to stock ones

Dang, im lucky to see one every couple days. I see tons of other explorers everyday, just not tracs.

If I didn't cover so many miles, I wouldn't see so many everyday either, although there are quite a few locally. I covered about 280 miles yesterday when I saw the 10. Most were on the interstate. The fact that they were so many different colors made it more unusual. The day before, I saw 7 or 8, and they were all more or less local. Those were of 6 different colors, so that was a good day, too. Looking for them helps me stay alert - except when I'm scanning lots on a busy street when I should be watching traffic!

I see several in the Middle TN area as well. Someone that lives in my small suburb town has a Gen. II red Adrenalin that is pretty nice! I rarely see another Gen. I the color of my 2005 though. Mine is Charcoal Beige Metalic, which at times can look either grey, copper, or green, or even somewhat brown. I love the color of mine!

I see em all the time but also never any lifted except in pictures around here.

429CJ--West Des Moines resident here. If you see a silver '03 with a Yakima fairing and bars, that's me. Toot your horn!

I'll keep a lookout!
Mine's a silver '02, toolbox across the box, wheels are black and chrome. I live on the northeast side.

Excruciatingly slow day at work today, so I left to run an errand. As I pulled up to a stoplight, a retirement-age gentleman pulled up behind me in a 2nd Gen Sport Trac. We hadn't gone a block when we met another ST going the other way. We got on down the street a ways, and the fellow behind pulled up beside me, waved, and went on down the street. Pretty neat! When I left work, I saw another ST in a plant parking lot right where we met the 3rd ST earlier! If that one was there earlier, there were 4 Sport Tracs within 200 feet of each other!

Had 5 within a 1/4 mile today. Well, 2 of them were mine and my Fathers(his is a Gen2) parked at his place. 1 lives a few homes down and 2 were parked at the high school 1/4 mile down the street. Got to yell out "SPORT TRAC" and punch my daughter in the leg 4 times on that stretch. :)

Out of my six closest neighbors, three have Sport Tracs.

Haha and why aren't they all lifted and on at least 32s yet???

I see at least 10 everyday around the Clemson area. I'm actually really surprised at how many are around here.

I've never met any of them. They are my "closest" neighbors, but not really within driveway talk distance..or shouting distance for that matter.

Just messin. I'm a little jealous and not just because of the other STs.

They're all older folks anyway. I don't think they're the lifted kinda people, lol.

The privacy is nice. Can't imagine any other way now, especially having grown up in the Atlanta suburbs.

I can see why they wouldn't want to lift it up any higher if they're older.

Pretty popular down here in South Florida. I probably see about 10 a day too, but I've only seen 2 others lifted besides mine. Mostly older drivers and they don't even give mine a second glance haha! I've had more explorer owners comment and ask me how I like the ST.
