Got hit again!

i woke up today to find that a new car was parelell parked byhind mine. when i saw his damaged licence plate i got a pit in my stomache. sure enough a brand new scratch was on my bumper. Its only about the size of a quarter, but its deep enough to gouge the metal. does anyone have any idea the cost to fix a scratch like that?

i took photos and lleft a note on his hood saying if he didn't contact me i'll file a claim. can't post photos here yet cuz my scanner dosen't want to play nice with my new laptop.

i'm waiting for the person to read the note on the car... also its just a scratch... i think theyd be annoyed
