hand brake?

i made the silly mistake of putting crc on my handbrake shoes, yes i know it was stupid i had the can next to my brake parts cleaner and accidently sprayed crc onto the inside of the caliper and the hand brake shoes, is there any way i can dry these out my hand brake is now next to non existant because of this, please help

The liners are absorbent, so the "CRC" has penetrated the material (btw CRC makes brake clean as well, you might clarify what you sprayed.) Either way, your best bet may be to douse them in Brake Clean which breaks down petroleum.
