2002 Sport Trac - 4.0 v6 - Hard to start in warm weather. Must hold gas pedal to floor in order to start and black smoke from exhaust. Idles rough for 30 seconds or so then OK- any ideas?

IAC, MAF, PCV, air filter. usually black smoke means running rich. clean the entire throttle body from the filter to the MAF then to the butterfly valve and IAC, clean it all and if the intake is all oily then replace your PCV

Bumping this up my 2002XLS with about 105,000 miles just starting to do this. When the motor is warm its hard to start cranks for about 10 seconds before firing up. In the morning it starts right up. What do you guys think I should do to fix this issue. Truck has no SES light just a pain in the ass. I am use to the motor starting right up. I dont want to get stuck i want to fix this issue..Thanks guys......
