Harmonic Balancer issues???

After pulling the motor from my truck, putting it on the stand, tearing the heads off due to do a bad head gasket I spun it over using the harmonic balancer. It looks like the balancer walks a little bit on the crank. I know these are known for cracking the balancer as ive replaced one before. I am wondering if my cracked balancer worked the end of the crank enough to make a new one wobble just a hair? The bolt was good and tight yet there are little marks like it has moved wobbled on the crank. Has anyone seen this before?

Yes i have, they do make a sleve that goes on the end of the crank, or at least they did on earlier 302s.

I thought about a sleeve but didnt think that was really the answer. Im gonna talk to the local engine builder today and see what he thinks.
