heated seats? very rough idle

02 xls 4.0 very rough idle anywhere below 1000RPM, RPM's jump between 600 and 800. any ideas on the problem, had fuel filter changed, plugs and wires, cleaned intake manifold and still rough idle.

also underneath my seats is a plug plugging into basically just a cap, i am looking into leather heated seats, is this plug for heated seats and power seats or just one or the other, also if it is also for heated seats, how would i go about installing a switch to make them work??

in '02 you still had an IAC, have you cleaned that?

The plug should be for both, with my heated seats in '04 was just a simple the switch on the side of the seat. Prior years where similar but there was a module too. Theres is a circuit that goes to the heater controls which displays if its on or off (might not be needed). All of the seat controls are on the seat, only thing is if there are fuses or relays, and the connectors match.

i will look into wether it is connected to any relays, ill get back on here to see if it will work
