need quick help, just got 35x12's and they rub on the swaybar, and its shakes the whole damn truck, and its doesnt make me feel safe driving it, so, i thought about getting wheel spacers, do you think that the dana 35 ttb would be strong enough for 1 1/2" - 2" wheel spacers with the 35's?

I wouldn't put spacers that wide. I know a lot of people disagree with me on this topic but I would just take the sway bar off. I ran my old one for 3 years with 35s as a daily driver with no sway bars and my current one is lifted about 7" with no sway bars. Plus, your wheel bearings wouldn't last long with spacers that wide. I'm sure others will chime in to give you more options.

i will not take off the sway bars, i already drove it with out the sway bars and it didnt feel safe, what about 1" wheel spacers?

what size wheels are you running? 15x8 or 15x7? Hopefully 3.75 or better backspacing. stock is 4.5 I believe which would cause the sway bar to rub.

You need more backspacing.

Also you might consider different Ford sway bar setups, I am using a BII bar, with Ranger rear end doglegs, this worked wonders for my sway bar angle with my lift, and also the fit around the tires.

Spacers will only add stress to the already too small for 35's wheel bearing/spindle setup on the D35 TTB. Spacers on the TTB = NOT a good idea at all.

If you run 35's on the TTB prepare to get real familiar with your spindle nuts, lock rings, and wheel bearings :)

thats what i thought,

i have 15x8" wheels and 3.75" spacing

i was saving up for a f150 conversion but it looks like i might want to get a sas full width

i cant turn very far at all, if i had a digital camera i would take a picture, but my xwife took it with her when she moved, but i have some money saved up, but we will see, because i dont know how im going to fix this problem with out spacers or new wheels

do you guys think a dana 30(out of a jeep) would be strong enough for 1.5" spacers?

Yes. A D30 is actually stronger then people give them credit for, the bonus is you keep your bolt circle.
However in STOCK form they are weakish

If you go D30 BUILD it first....built they can handle 35's, I wouldnt go ,much larger though....

ok good, because im buddy just totaled his jeep, and im gonna by the axle, and put 4.88 gears, do you guys thinks thats a bit low for 35's?

4.88 is PERFECT for 35's, 4.56 is good too.....depends on how you tend to drive this truck, lots of highway go 4.56, mostly off road 4.88

Is it a stick or auto?

its auto, i do some highway but mostly town/city, and wheeling whenever i have a chance

this is kinda on the same topic, but how bad will the stress be with 1.25" or 1.5" wheel spacers and 33's

just say no to wheel spacers on the front of a TTB truck. In addition to extra stress they create, every time you go service the wheel bearings that is 5 extra lug nuts per side you have to undo and then when you put it back together you have to check those inner lug nuts erevy so often to make sure they stay tight. Get some wheels with less back spacing or just dont turn as hard.
