Help~~Help~~My interior lamp woun'd turn off

My 2003 Exploere interior lamp woun'd turn off , even I turn off My power , the lights still on!!!!, dose eneyony knos what hoppen?? , please help Me, Thank You ,god bless You all.

ok got it,

well the car is not bad but some of the parts are sucks, it's because the latch are wet(it's rainning right now) , and make it short, so just wipe the latch or lubcen the latch , it will back to normal, hope I can help some one too.
