I've found a shop that will mount and balance for $20 a tire if you bring in your own tires and wheels. It helps to ask around. If you want large tires but can't afford new wheels look into 265/75R16 size tires. They're skinny 33s. However, I agree with Rebel in looking at 15" wheels. The only reason I didn't run them is because I needed load range D tires because I was towing and hauling with 35s. Too much sidewall flex for comfort but for general purposes and towing trailers that aren't over 3.5-4k pounds 15" wheels would be just fine.
