Ok i am putting a big fat Ford 8.8 in the back of my Jeep TJ here shortly.
Currently in the process of rebuilding the disk brakes on it.
Problem:
The calipers have a lot of play in them when mounted( and the bolts are TIGHT), and I dont mean play in the range of motion that the guide pins allow. If I try to literally "rip" the caliper off the mount, it wiggles a little. It just doesent feel right. It feels like there is looseness between the mounts and the clips on the pads. Get it?
Does anybody have a exploded diagram of the proper assembly? Maybe this play is just normal and the caliper will tighten itself down once the brakes work their way on?
TIA
appreciate it.
Jeff
