You cleaned the drain lines? Can you blow air from a compressor through them? They have to be very clear. If not the water will simply run into the vehicle. If yo uaren't parked on some horribly steep hill, you may not have a problem with the sunroof. Do you have a roof rack?

yea i have a roof rack

The best way to find out exactly where and how the water is coming in is to remove the headliner and sit inside with a light while a buddy stands outside with the hose. To check only the roof rack you can tape plastic over the sunroof, and the opposite to check the sunroof, tape plastic over the roof rack. Keep in mind, most often there are seams on the roof of these trucks, and they are sealed with seam sealer. I have had to run a bit of clear silicone along cracks in the sealer to fix leaks in roofs.

I pulled the headliner and sunroof out of mine because I had a leak. It turned out to be leaking around the glass to the metal frame. I put a bead of black silicone the whole way around the glass on the outside. This fixed my leak.
