HELP torque converter fluid

i pulled my engine out the other day and im ready to put my new one in. but my torque converter came out with my engine instead of staying on there. it drained some fluid and im assuming that i should fill it again? i need to know how much and how to fill this thing up. i need help asap.

well I hope you have since unbolted it from your old engine

You dont HAVE to fill it, the transmission will do that for you as soon as you start the truck

I put 1 quart in teh converter before I stab the engine, but its not required.

On the V8 trucks the converter has a drain, about 3-4 quarts will come out = ALOT
