I know what you mean. But it adds to the uniqueness of the Ex.

:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: Woohoo!!! 500 posts!!! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Alpha that is a sport grille, not a speed grille right? where did u find that at? I would like a speed grille that looks like that. Do they have bumper inserts for the 99-00 bumpers?

i bought a street scene for 100 for what i have now, but next time i woud customize one from mesh material (not gutter guard) and spray it chrome and then put it on, its not that hard. every time i think about the 100 i spent, i kick myself

Not too shabby.;)

Has anybody tried painting the mesh to show up more? I am wondering if I paint it the same color as my X would it look good.

On Saturday night my friend and I made a speed grill for my Ex. It looks really cool. I have one question about it: the grill looks really good, and we were wondering if there's a way to get inside the openings in the front bumper to put little speed grills down there, just to continue the look. I was looking at it, and it doesn't look too possible

I don't know about your bumper but if you can find a way to zip tie it, it should be possible, I did it on mine, just had to zip tie it ...

Yeah, if I did it I would ziptie it, but the problem is I don't know if there's any way to do that. The way it's set up, the little openings in the bumper can't come off the same way the grill can, and there's very little space to get my head back tehre and check. I felt around, it didn't feel like there was anything to ziptie it to. Oh well, I'm going to check again just in case

I got a sport grill that goes over it, you can find billets and speed grills if you search around. The pic of mine is posted up top. I am waiting for it to arrive through USPS...pics will definatly be up.

Woohoo!! I'm a little late. But I guess it's better than later. Instead of using glue and glue it onto the grill, I used zipties. Works pretty well. I really like the looks of it now. Thanks for the idea guys!!!

Heh...I bet you ugys can't find where the zipties are located. :p

I would have to say their where I pointed the blue lines... Thats where I put mine when I did it...
