Homemade transmission fill adapter.

Hello everybody, New forum member here. I just got a 05 mountaineer with the lovely 5r55S trans. I wan't to know if anybody out there ever made an adapter to fill the transmission. I am thinking about drilling a hole thru a bolt on my drill press. I didn't find any helpfull info on how to make one on this site so I figured I will try this and if it works I will post pics...

I’ve seen it done and while it makes life easier I’d suggest just getting used to the maintenance procedure. It’s a crappy set up IMHO. Any sealed trans is. Get a scanner and set the level at proper temp. Watch the flow out of the drain plug , when it begins to just drip you’re close.
