i heard alloy wheels and off roading is a no-no. i guess they break and become totaly usless, whereas steels wheels bend and can be sort of bent back to limp on. i dunno, look good. i guess it just depends on what your doing. if your getting them for almost free ($99 + tax - $100 = a few bucks out)... id probly go for it.

You get what you pay for, just don't forget that when your replacing those things in 10,000 miles or less. If your on the hunt for a wheelin tire I'd be looking for the older model BFG MT as they recently came out w/ a new one I think it's the KM2.

I think he's taking about the tires, not rims.

As for the tires, they look good, but i haven't met anyone who has used that brand and have no experience with them myself. I had read some positive reviews online about them recently, but other than that, they don't seem oft-used.

I was reffering to the tires. :) I'd stay away from them.

also, a 265-75-16 will fit on a stock 16x7 right?

Them treadright guys got an interesting thing with that UltraGrip stuff... I'm not a recap guy, but looks like they'd have good stuff for the ol' farm truck.
