How do I remove paint transfer?

My mother in-law's ranger got hit in a parking lot. There is no apparent damage to her truck but there is red paint from the car that hit her on her white truck. What is the best method/product to remove the paint transfer?

Use rubbing compound and a buffer and buff it off and then finish off with a polish. At work(collision center) we use 3m products, rubbing compound and "trizact" for the polish

I have used this to remove what you described, along with scratches, overspray, and oxidation.

Took a bit of elbow grease, but it worked fine.

Polishing compound is another choice. It is less aggressive than rubbing compound, I think.

you really dont need a buffer.
Rubbing compound and elbow grease will work just fine.
Like Mowerpan said, use a fine compuntd and finnish with a nice wax or polish protectant

Thanks everyone I'll give it a shot.
