how do i take off the grill

x..I have a 1995 Explorer XLT and i wanan take off the front grill and iv got the front lights and blinkers out and the top all unscrewed but cant get the bottom part to come off. Will somebody help me out?

Welcome to the boards!!!

There're 4 screws...one behind each turn signal assembly. Two more on the top. The grill is held on clips so give a gentle tug and parts should come out. Good luck!

Once you get it pulled out some of the clips may stay in the body instead of on the grill tabs. When you replace the grill get the clips out of the body and put them on the tabs so you can push them back in to the body.
You'll see what I mean once the grill is out.

yup it is just as easy as they make it sound.
Just find where the most resistance is and pull there.
Gently but firm.
