Mine has been a lot of fun for 121k miles, but is getting traded in to the dealership tomorrow. Time for something new with a warranty.

My new ride is 2010 F150 FX4 and I love it! Wanted a Raptor, but they wouldn't do A-Plan or any incentives.

I just hit 100,000 in my 2000 Sport!

2000, 188k.

275k stock engine

My 1995 EB has 275,000 original miles, and loves to off-road.

It's had full synthetic engine oil from 0 to 150k. Sorry I don't know what kind. Then conventional Valvoline from 150k to 194k where It switched back to full synthetic - Mobil 1 or Valvoline, but sticking with the syn Valvoline for good now. Engine never been opened up until later today when I plan to remove the fuel injectors and send them out for a full service.

The A/T was rebuilt around 160k. The front and rear diffs and T-case are untouched except for changing fluid, even though the diffs claim to be lifetime fluid. Almost everything works on this truck, I've had to have the drive seat re-done in gray leather and the center console cover needs to be recovered but other than that everything works on this truck. It can be trick to get it to shift into 4-low and the output shaft on the t-case is real sloppy.

It doesn't burn oil and the plugs read very well after long periods, mostly even from plug to plug. This truck lived most of it life in the desert - Phoenix, Las Vegas and Palm Springs (currently). It's been to Alaska a few times too, on those rough and nasty washboard roads. I beat her up enough off road, to have broken an Explorer Pro-Comp add-a-leaf spring on driver side rear. I might of got the truck air-borne a few times with a load in the back though. I ended up going to the bone yard and getting another pair of leaf springs (stiffer spring code). All my shocks are for a 1/2 ton ford pickup, it is the BEST ride I've had between all the spring combos I've used. I've tried bilstein shocks and others, nothing works as good as these regular 1/2 ton shocks I have - probably monroe if I remember right but nothing special.

Has a Clarion D-Din size stereo, Blaupunkt Amp (behind panel, mounted in stock location) and Kicker 6.5" W3 sub IN THE FACTORY sub box, and upgraded but still crappy Pioneer 4x6's in each of the 4 doors. I have a 110 amp alternator, K&N air filter.

The over-all appearance is great for 15 year old truck - still decent pain and no dents, just a few dings and custom pin-stripping from off-roading in the desert and mountains.

I'll drive it until it pukes :dead:

Cheers :chug:

'99 Limited 5.0L now at 196K without any repairs except a new alternator 10K ago. I can't believe these V8s, unbelievably reliable.
I have been using synthetic since day one with her and she still gets 20 mpg mixed. I considered trading her in for a new Raptor but just can't seem to convince myself to do it.

This is pretty impressive, guys, to have a product that just keeps on going. Sure it requires maintenance but what machine doesn't.

I don't know the exact mileage but it is over 200k. the previous owner says he replaced the instrument cluster because the old one quit working. I replaced the heads in April or May because they were cracked and it kept throwing a misfire code that I couldn't fix on the outside of the engine. That's the reason I pulled the heads. I figured at best, it just needs head gaskets. It turned out to be the opposite. Cracks between valves. It runs great and mileage is pretty good for such a heavy vehicle. I love driving it and I will drive it into the ground.

1997 EB with just over 250K. Original engine and tran.

83,8xx Some electrical issues from sitting so long such as fuel pump died, multifunction switch in the steering console is dying (I'm planning on replacing it this weekend if I can get the clamshell off), and a switch (I'm presuming) in the door panel stopped the mirrors from moving with the switch. Other than that all of the mechanics are great and it's running very strong!

Hit 113,068 this morning. Plan on swapping the plugs and plug wire this spring. Also servicing the 4wd and replacing the front right CV axle before winter hits.

189,000 got some ticking and my idle is getting rough again I might change out the plugs.

My '97 5.0L Monty just turned 149,000... Couldn't ask for a better running SUV!

2000 XLT V8 AWD - 148xxx miles, everything original under the hood and still going smooth and strong.

I don't plan to sell mine, right now it's my daily driver, which in turn will eventually get a promotion to "Woods Toy" when I get a GenIIIV Explorer in the next couple years =D

Currently modding her - added 31's on 16inch aftermarket rims, will probably do the torsion bar twist along with a leaf helper in the back, but eventually will lift the "proper way". Roof bar with 4x hella 550's, replaced most bushing, sway bar links etc - the bushings and stuff wasn't needed, but it was done anyway as a preventive maintenance. Clear corner lights purchased from a nice explorerforum fellow, fresh coat of paint currently ongoing, yeah she's my baby =)

102k and still going on my '98 4x4 OHV, of course its not actually a 4x4 due to blinking 4x4 lights, running great otherwise!!!!

Just got ours for my son's first vehicle. Only 86,000. Guess it should have lots of life left in it.

96 ex 4.0 OHV 237,950 with the help of a tranny rebuild, transfer case and the usual routine maintenance. Running every day with no codes, finally.

00 has just about 99k on the clock hmm kinda seems like a baby considering some of the other numbers shes been well kept and in the family since new mom started out with it then dad took it over and there went the mileage count then i bought it last year off dad and continued with the upkeep hopefully i can get 6 more years out of her

137,800 on my 2000 Sport
