i have searched and looked and they only talk about what you need, not pricing so how much would it cost to regear a 2001 x sport 2wd from 3.73(code 46) to 4.10?thanks

Are you doing this yourself? Expect to spend at least $200 per axle just for labor by a shop. I'd look for the gears on this board or eBay. I'd say $175 for 8.8 gears and $110 for Dana 35.

Places around here want roughly 380 per axle, even if it's in or out of the vehicle.

I gave $200 as a base price. Around here it's $280 each.

I got my rear done for $140. A guy on a local board did it after work for me at the boss' shop. I am wishing I would have invested in a few tools, cause I just took an 8.8 down to the housing and it looks easy. I just need a press and a few other tools, and I am going to do all my buddies jeeps.
