Hi! We have a 2003 2-door Explorer. The tailgate handle has "sprung" or something, and will not open the lower tailgate. Do we remove the interior panel of the tailgate to get to the handle? If so, how? Then, how do we repair the "sprung" handle? A parts guy told us it could just be that the spring clips have come loose or something. Help! Thanks!
