How to replace Rear Coil Springs?

Anyone able to post a how to guide for replacing the rear springs on a 2002 Ex? Can it be done without compressing the springs? I know alot of people have had these springs break, but I haven't seen a how-to guide yet. Thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome! I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it. If you have to change them, let a shop do it... unless you are an experienced coil person, those things can do you serious harm if something goes wrong. Stay safe.
