I have been searching about different meathods of how to lift my x without breaking the bank i know about TT/shackles (soon to be done).I just wanted to know everything about an SOA..How much lift would it give me? What does it cost? What has to be done to do one? and how does it lift the truck? SOA? You could do AAL, or an SAS (solid axle swap) and throw in some coils and bigger tires..

The SOA will give you 5 or 6 inches of lift. Currently your rear leaf springs are routed underneath your rear axle (SUA - spring under axle). By going SOA (spring over axle) you relocate your leaf springs onto the top of your rear axle. The main idea of SOA is moving your spring perches onto the top of the axle. This will only lift the rear though.

like steventadams said it only lifts the rear which means u gotta find a way to lift the front, the only real way to do that is sas, rcd lift or (if u truck is not awd)u can do a 3" spindle lift and a tt to get ur 5, all these ways might break your bank there kinda high in price, the spindle lift would be your cheapest thou
