I had to order the handles, the brackets and the A-Pillar trim, I have a buddy with a body shop so I pretty much got it all at cost, $150.00. It was an impromptu installation in the parking lot at work so sorry, I don't have any pics.
You use 4 rivets to attach the bracket to the pre stamped out holes in the A-Pillar, add the A-Pillar trim then bolt the handle in.
If you own a 2002 Ranger XLT and want the handles, just order the stuff for the 2002 FX4, it'll bolt, or should I say "rivet" right in.
