I got hit!

some idiot hit me in my grandmas car. i had her..and i was taking it down to my dads house so we could put the snow tires on it. so i get onto our road..and the tire mobile is infront of me. i kept a nice distance..and the speed limit is 25mph in there. i was maybe doing 20.

he pulls into a driveway...i slowed down to see what he was gong to do. i see his brake lights on. so i figured its ok to go around him. so i goahead..then as i'm passing..i see his backup lights at the pass door...i'm like OH S-H-I-T....i LAY on the horn...BAM....and the car slides sidways almost 360*

all his fault..he was like "i dident know anyone was behind me" evene tho i had been behind him for a good 4 blocks..oh well it was a company truck. and there insurance will pay for it. he called his boss right away...and the other end did not sound very happy..LOL

i called my dad right away...cause i was about 100FT from me house..he came up..you can see him and his X in the one pic..heres the pics i took right after it happend..i will take more of the car later.

anyway i'm alittle shook up..LOL my grandma was fine once i said it wasent my fault..lol and my grandpa just laughed after i said i got hit by the tire mobile..lol and my dad just said the guy was a idiot.

all in all it took out one of the wheels,rocker panal,pass side rear door will need work.

no such thing on this road..its a resadental side road...also i was still in my lane. he pulled into a driveway..then just slamed it in reverse and hit me. he did not look before he backed out. i had a talk with a cop down the street and he said its all his fault. the guy also said it was his fault.

that looks like a right hand pass not a left hand one.. good thing it dont look that bad or the pics dont show it all.. sucks but it happens good thing it was a company truck so you know its got insurance

In driver's ed we were told never to admit fault as there could be something the other driver did wrong that we don't know about. At least it's getting paid for. Doesn't look that bad. Doing a 360 when you don't expect it is scary as hell. In my younger days I took off at a ~60 degree turn after going through a puddle and did a 360.

no..i think you have somthing wrong there. YOU dont care..there are people out there that do. you dont know what all the people in the world are thinking(as much as you would like to think you do) so why not STFU and let things go on as they should. there are PLENTY of posts on this site that have absolutly nothing to do with this site or explorers so your wrong on both accounts(like it was a big surprise you where wrong) and BTW your one of the ppl with somthing agenst me anyway..so of course you got smack to talk..when in reality no one cares that you wanna trash talk when its not needed. it just makes you look just that much more like the ##### you are.
