I need specs on the suspension lifts

I am wanting to build my own lift for my 05 Ex. Can anyone tell me the I.D. of the pipe used for the suspension spacers. I cant see buying something that I can cut out on my laser jet. All I need is I.D. and maybe the flange width. My local parts house does not stock struts for me to measure. I am not gonna build these and sell ( too lazy for that) just want to do my own. I am too lazy to unbolt the struts to measure them. Thanks guys James

Part of the cost that the fabriacator's incorporate into their pricing of custom parts is the R&D aspect.

While someone is at it, can you please list the Colonel's Secret Recipe. I'm sure I have the 13 spices at my disposal, I just don't have the time to research it and can't see paying $12 for a bucket of chicken I can buy and cook myself for $4.
