I cant pass emissions because I have a code. I cant remember the code but will get it again if it is needed to help answer the question. The code said it was my IAT sensor. I changed it twice, but to no avail. What else could be the problem?

You could possibly have a wiring problem (broken). Finding it could be a problem without a wiring diagram.
