Installing a animal house horn, question

i got a wire through the firewall to the engine compartment, but i cant find an open wire to get power to the control box inside the car. it the directions it says: RED WIRE is connected to the fuse-block or under dash wire that has power (+) 12 volts when the ignition is on. A3 amp inline fuse must be used (included in kit) i found the fuse block where does the wire go? or is there an open wire somewhere?

Go to the fuse box and pull out the windshield wiper fuse and wrap the wire around one prong of the fuse and put it back in. Now you got power when the key is on.
Dont use the radio fuse unless you only want to listen to Mooosic.
