Insurance renewal time..

Anyone had any sensible quotes recently?
As usual my insurer (Churchill) sent me an absurd renewal quote which was approx 50% more than they quoted me online today as a new customer. They always agree to reduce it when you query it but it really p155e5 me off.
I have 4 yrs NCB, 0 points am 41 and live in North London. My renewal quote was £580 with NCB protection and £350 excess. I got it down to £497 with Direct Line & £529 with SwiftCover.
Any other suggestions?

they're really good.. and although they quoted me an absurd price when i moved back to Liverpool.. I managed to sort it out..

they also replace all yr locks should you lose your keys and it don't affect the NCB

Whilst I do'nt have NCB protection, my quote this January was £350 fully comp.
The AA quoted me 520ish.
The quote contained replacement car and lower excess.

Also try Adrian Flux- the cgeapest I found so far for our type of cars.
They do not do direct debit only one of card payment, but they ar loads cheaper!

confused.com is good for comparing all of the quotes. i pay just over £200 and a low excess with More Than found via the site
