I looked at the item and its going for a "Buy It Now" price of US $210.00 + $28.00 shipping.

Using "taller" coils is better than using spacers. A taller coil can potentially ride better off-road than using stock coils + spacers.

Its not just a "name brand" thing - taller coils and spacers are two different things.

Your profile doesn't say, but do you have 2WD or 4WD? The ad is for a 2WD lift.

im guessing he's adding in some of the accessories that are avaliable, camber shims and a steering stab.

However, you could get the same lift with f-150 coil spacers and shackles or add a leafs, probably cost about 100 bucks, plus cost of alignment or installation if your not handy with a wrench.
