Is this a good deal?

I am looking at an '01 with 54,000 miles on it. Looks pretty loaded up with leather and it is auto tranny with 4 wheel drive. It has the hard tonau cover.
They are asking $13,900 but would go to $12,900.
What do you think and what should I watch for when I go and see it??

Run the price + options through Edmunds.com.

With respect to problems, you want to know if all TSBs are repaired, if all recalls have been repaired, if the tranny has had any work, whether it is Job 1 or 2 (ask the build date), if the timing chain has been replaced (or, when driving, see if you hear an engine rattle--this is the timing chain going).
