So I put a leveling kit on my explorer and now my cv axles are all messed up does anyone know if there are extended travel cv axles for my 2014 explorer xlt or some heavy duty ones that can take the stress

I don’t see them available for your model
My wife’s FJ cruiser I added a lot of spring and her lift is maxed out. Same thing, the cv axles were binding at ride height. Lucky for me trakmotive / Napa extended travel cv axles are available for an FJ cruiser and her truck is now smooth like butter. The cheapo cardone cv axles we had in there were crap… her truck has 270k miles on it the factory cv axles long gone. I bought cardone cvs from Autozone because lifetime warranty… however they only operate at 22 degrees. The trakmotives run at 45 degrees,
Completely fixed her front end for $350..

Contact Napa and see if they can get them for your model

I'm not gonna talk about the miles on my CVs... OE with torsion crank for years and tons of miles 🤣 They pop, knock, andkeep leaking any grease I pack... but they keep working!
