So I got my 98 2 door from my uncle in August. He told me the heat didn't work, and I had planned to fix it until I lost my job last month. It's getting pretty cold out there now, and I'm in a bit of a bind with Christmas and what not, so I'm looking for an easy fix for this.

This is what I've done so far. I've replaced the thermostat, flushed the coolant, and flushed the heater core. The motor doesn't run hot so I kinda figured that it wasn't the heater core anyway. The heater blows air that's just as cold as the AC. (AC works fine btw) I have no idea what to do.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum

Once the engine is warmed up, feel the 2 heater core hoses coming out of the firewall
If they are both hot, you probably have a blend door issue.
