Oh ok just set it up with the grille and stuff off then. Once you've got it all programmed you should just be able to leave it alone.

Make sure you make good clean connections with those wires and protect the connections from moisture. I had a slightly loose connection with the fan motor at one time and it acted goofy till I fixed it. Soldering the connections would be a good idea if you can do it.

yea i have to leave the light off to even get the wire plugs on. i could do it, but itd be so much harder lol

yea i think im gonna take the time to solder stuff this time. this time im setting everything up exactly how i want it with a nice fuse box.

i cant believe after that $170 autzone trip i forgot ps fluid lol

yay

Now if you actually did some real work on the truck yesterday instead of messing with that damn controller, we could have finshed it up today.im sure it took you a good 3hours to mount that thing when you could have been doing something that needs to be done to start it!!! Take the rest of the day off,we got till 8 when it rains!!

no we went out to dinner. it was 8 before i got home, it took me 30mins to add that! i already knew where i wanted that. prob was i dont have a big ass spotlight in the back of my truck like some people :p so not much else could be done, flashlight just dont cut it.
i cant. we've got a lot of work right now. im just hangin out until the other guy comes back from lunch and we start shipping.
ill be home at 5.30! -ish. gotta get some money.
it might be better to just let me do my checklist and you come saturday night to try and start it?

Ok that will work

$50 for what?it takes 5sec to weld a O2 bunge in wtf!!

Ill do it all for $40!!!

ill see about getting it all out and taking it to him and see what it is then. i mainly want a blasting and new paint since theyre so damn rusty.

well everythings done. expect one tranny bolt that i didnt get to. i did find an allen wrench big enough to fit the plugs in the heads. i left the stater out cause i held it up and realized id have to take it back out to put the wires on anyway. i also screwed the electric fan onto the radiator.

hey that ground wire thats attached to the mud colored bracket of yours, what does that attach to? the threads in the back of the heads?

Yep back of heads.you get those motor mounts done?

oh! i figured out why the engine just didnt drop right down either. and why we had to push it to the passenger side when low enough. the header flange tucks up underneath and inward of the frames lip. with less space then my fan has with the pulleys

I told u it was something i couldnt see and knew it should have!!!! Darn low ars truck!!;)

the frame and headers have nothing to do with a suspension lift! :P
i dont think it was the oil filter lol

when i try to find cat bolts, any grade requirement or just get whatever?

so no more mondays and wednesdays huh? back to workin your hootus off? is that gonna affect saturday night? atleast i should be done now anyway, good timing lol

Oil filter was definitely hitting. I would go grade 8 just to be safe.ill only be off on wed for the next couple of weeks.the starter wire should be separate from all the other wires, you can run that and put the starter in.if you mounted the fan go ahead and put the radiator in.o did you ever get a new tranny line?

the starter has 3 nuts on it. the battery cable is battery>starter, battery>solanoid, solanoid>starter correct? and the negative cable, the lug on the very end connects to the lower bolt holding the starter on?

radiator is in already, just not tightened down or connected. no boomin hasnt said anything yet. his cherry amp is still sittin in the fridge lol

thread lock the tranny lines to the radiator? or should i tighten them in with teflon tape on?

back to the $40... you can do all that or you saying you know a place that can?
