Well, it looks like Corkey is headed to Kansas for a truck transformation. Any help would be appreciated, as this might allow some time for a quick drive over to Kansas Rocks Park so he can try his stuff out.

I would be down for the weekend directly after thanksgiving or the following weekend. This is happening after the wrenching party for Corkey. He gonna break that thing in proper?

i was kicking around the weekend after thanksgiving, that way maybe more could come as the thanksgiving weekend they may have to be with family,

Well, here is the "idea kicked around" between Sheri and I.
Our house is small, and we only have 1 extra room. We have room for a camper out to the side if our house, and an extension could be run. Tent room is iffy, but possible.

However, just a short 6 blocks from our house is a city park with electric- water hookups for very cheap. The dump station is right there so camping is good.
They also have free wireless internet in all city parks here, so I am told.

Now,here is the good part.
A good friend of mine, Kyle, is lead singer for a pretty decent band.
He was just here to return a CD I had loaned him, so I hit him up.

Anyway, he is going to see about the band setting up in the back yard for a 1-2 hour show, If you guys would like.

How about a bonfire in the back yard and some music, worked in around wrenching and wheeling?

2-Ask if it would bother them?
3-Just do it and Tell them to mind their own business?

I would ask the neighbors to join in on the festivities. If they dont come & complain, I have some leftover fireworks for em.

My camp gear is put up for the year, I'm done with that till next Spring. The Hotel is a good idea, only 10 mins down the road. Us older guys need a comfy place to sleep the days pains away

Been a long time since I've done that! Hell yeah I'm down for it. I'm 6h59m from your location.

Any lodging nearby? I don't do the camping thing well... But after a few brews, some bonfire, back yard music, especially if *I'M* on stage at some point, hell I'll sleep in my truck LOL.
