Keyless entry (Securicode) pad comes off

Welcome to the Forum.
On the parts site it is shown under Front Door Trim. It has been known to cause that liftgate warning as well if the wires get frayed.

Just picked up a 2017 Ford Explorer XLT that has the front driver door pillar with the keypad that is coming off at the top. Not really sure the best way to re-attach.

Thinking the best way is to remove and add new adhesive? Looks like there may be some rubber clip at the top and bottom.

Same thing happened on my '17 Sport. Both sides. I tried 3m trim tape and it didn't work so I used plastic emblem & trim adhesive. So far so good...
