Ok I played around with the search for a little while, and found the info I wanted but am looking for ya'lls opinions on my options.

I have a '99 Ex Sport 4x2, that is my daily driver. Its completely stock. I have 255/70r15s on it now. I have some 31x10.50r15 BFG A/Ts I just took off my off-road truck, got bigger tires for it. They have about 20-25K miles left on them and I don't have the money to buy new tires for the explorer right now. So I'm going to have the 31 put on it. I want to lift the explorer slightly just so that the 31s don't look to big in the wells. My question is this which option should I take in the rear: 1. 4 leaf springs from a 4wd or 4door, 2. add-a-leaf for over all lift(back to level then the extra 1in.) 3. new lift shackles on old sagging springs, or lastly 4. a combo of add-a-leaf and shackles? I'm also open to any suggestions or if you have a link to a similar thread, then post up.

I have had the springs rearched one time before but they are back where they were. I have no experience with monoleafs, and have no idea how they react to different situations, they don't seem to hold an arch very well thought.

I would find some low mile 4-door springs. I don't know that you can use add-a-leafs on mono springs.

BTW welcome to the site:)

The 4 door springs is what I was leaning towards. I tryed looking some up on www.car-parts.com, cause there weren't any on ebay, and it asked me for a spring code. Does anyone know which code I need to ensure i get the right ones? F,H,or L

Where is the best place to get the Warrior shackles from? What lift heights do they come in?

the warrior shackles are a cheap and easy way to clearn those 31's they improve the ride as well
4 door leafs are also a great idea, but I would still install the shackles

Since you are 2wd you can easily match the new height up front with the torsion twist

BigM4x4 the spring codes are just for different spring rates. Dimensionally they are the same. I don't konw which is the softes or hardest but I know someone here will.
